GAZTEKHNIKA LLC TOOK PART IN ACCELERATION PROGRAM
As part of the export accelerator program implementation in the regions, GAZTEKHNIKA LLC took part in the acceleration program developed by the experts in the field of supporting companies in their export activities, together with the Export Coordination and Support Center of the Krasnodar Region and Russian Export Center JSC.
The program included 4 Modules, combining training, sharing of best practices, counseling, and post-module support by an experienced mentor.
Module 1. Introduction to Export. Export Market Selection
Module 2. Export as a project. Team building
Module 3. Product adaptation to market requirements
Module 4. Finance and law in export activities. Conclusion of a contract
Each of the modules answered the exporter's critical questions, from building an export project and training a team to adapting products and delivering them to a foreign buyer. The program entailed practical tasks in the inter-module period.
Throughout the training and during the inter-module period, the project participants were accompanied by mentors who were answering questions and removing barriers of incompetence on issues related to a new company activity or a new export direction.
GAZTEKHNIKA LLC received a certificate of successful completion of the export acceleration program “EXPORT LEADERS”.
